Why was my content restricted?
7ART reviews prompts, uploads, and generated content against our safety requirements. A request can be restricted if it involves content that does not meet those requirements or that creates risks to other people's rights.
A request may be restricted even when your intention is creative, educational, or personal. The system evaluates the content itself and its potential risks, not the purpose behind the request.
Was it a restriction or a technical error?
These are different problems with different solutions.
- A message about content, guidelines, or restrictions is a moderation decision — this article.
- An error, a timeout, or a generation that simply failed is a technical issue.
Why might my prompt or upload be blocked?
- The request involves restricted or harmful content
- It involves protected identities, copyrighted material, or third-party rights
- The uploaded material may not be authorized for use
- The request appears to be an attempt to bypass safety restrictions
What content may be restricted?
7ART may restrict content involving:
- Sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits or endangers minors
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, including deepfakes of real people
- Harmful, misleading, or unauthorized use of a person's identity, likeness, or voice
- Violence, terrorism, self-harm, hate speech, or harassment
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content
- Content that may violate intellectual property, trademarks, or publicity rights
- Attempts to bypass safety systems or moderation
- Malware, viruses, or other harmful code
How can I adjust my request?
- Create an original character instead of using a protected character or a real person
- Describe a style, mood, or concept instead of asking for an exact copy
- Remove elements involving protected identities or restricted topics
- Use only references and materials you have the right to use
Will the same request work if I reword it?
Usually not. Rewording a request without changing the underlying content rarely changes the outcome, because the restriction is based on the content rather than the phrasing.
The approach that works is to change the creative direction — adjust or remove the element that caused the restriction, then try again.
I think my content was blocked by mistake
You can ask for a review. Provide the prompt or description you entered, a screenshot of the restriction message if you have one, and a short explanation of what you were trying to create.
