What happens to my credits when my subscription renews?
When your 7ART subscription renews, your included subscription credits are refreshed according to your selected plan.
Your credit balance may change at the start of a new billing period because subscription credits are tied to each subscription period.
When do my subscription credits refresh?
Your subscription credits refresh when your subscription successfully renews and a new billing period begins.
The amount of credits added depends on your selected subscription plan.

Do unused subscription credits roll over?
No. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
When your subscription renews, your new credit allowance replaces the previous period’s unused subscription credits.
This means it is best to use your included credits during the active subscription period.
What happens to my top-up credits at renewal?
Top-up credits are separate from the credits included with your subscription.
When your subscription renews, your included plan credits refresh according to your selected plan. However, any unused top-up credits from the previous subscription period do not carry over.
Top-up credits remain available only until the end of your current subscription period. After that period ends, any remaining top-up credits expire.

What happens if my renewal payment fails?
If your subscription renewal payment is unsuccessful, 7ART may retry the payment during a 7-day retry period.
During this period, additional payment attempts may be made automatically using the payment method connected to your subscription.
If the renewal payment is successfully completed, your subscription credits will refresh according to your plan.
If the payment is not completed during the retry period, your subscription may not renew successfully.

What happens to my credits if I cancel?
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals, but it does not immediately remove your remaining subscription access or credits.
Your credits remain available until the end of your current subscription period.
When your subscription period ends:
- Unused subscription credits expire
- New subscription credits are not added unless you renew your subscription
If you purchase a new subscription again later, your included credits will refresh according to the new subscription period.
