What happens to my credits when a generation fails?
If a generation fails due to an error, the credits used for that attempt are restored automatically.
A failed generation means the creation process was not completed successfully. If the generation is completed and you receive a result, the credits used for that generation are not automatically returned, even if the result is not what you expected.
Do I get my credits back?
Yes. If a generation fails, the credits used for that attempt are automatically restored.
The restored credits will be added back to your available balance, allowing you to use them for another generation.
What counts as a failed generation?
A generation is considered failed when the creation process does not complete successfully due to an error.
Examples may include:
- The generation does not finish
- An error prevents the content from being created
- The system cannot complete the requested generation
A completed generation that produces a result is not considered a failed generation.
What if the generation completed but I don’t like the result?
If the generation completes successfully, the credits used for that generation are not automatically returned.
AI-generated results can vary depending on factors such as:
- Your prompt
- The selected AI model
- Generation settings
- The type of content you create
If you are not satisfied with the result, you can adjust your prompt or settings and create a new generation using the available credits.
