What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are the way 7ART measures usage across the platform. When you create content, the required number of credits is deducted from your available balance.
Credits allow you to explore different AI creation tools, models, and generation settings while keeping track of your usage.
Where do my credits come from?
Your credits can come from different sources depending on how you use 7ART:
- Paid subscription credits — paid plans include a recurring credit allowance that refreshes with each subscription renewal.
- Top-up credits — additional credits purchased separately when you need more generation capacity.
The amount of credits available depends on your plan or purchase.
What do credits pay for?
Credits are used when you create content with 7ART.
Depending on the tool, model, and settings you choose, credits may be used for:
- Image generation
- Video generation
- Music generation
- Voice and audio creation
- Other AI-powered creative tools available in 7ART
The credit cost is shown before you start a generation, so you can review the required amount before creating.
Why do different generations cost different amounts?
Different generations may require different amounts of credits because the cost depends on several factors, including:
- The tool you use
- The AI model you select
- Generation settings
- The type of content you create
For example, creating a video with one model and settings may use a different number of credits than creating an image with another model.
Where can I see my credit balance and usage history?
You can check your current credit balance directly in the 7ART workspace. Your available credits are displayed in the top-right corner of the platform.
To review your credit usage history:
1. Sign in to your 7ART account.
2. Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner.
3. Select Profile.
4. In Settings, select History from the menu on the left.
Your usage history helps you understand how your credits have been used, including:
- Which generations used credits
- How many credits were spent
- When credits were added or used
Reviewing your balance and usage history makes it easier to track your activity, understand your credit consumption, and manage your available credits.
Where can I see the cost before I generate?
Before starting a generation, 7ART shows the credit cost for the selected tool, model, and settings.
You can review the required credits before clicking Generate and adjust your choices if needed.
What about Unlimited for image generation?
Unlimited for image generation is a separate option that applies specifically to image creation.
It does not provide unlimited usage for all 7ART tools.
Other creation types continue to use credits based on the selected tool, model, and generation settings.
