How does my 7ART subscription and renewal work?
7ART paid plans are recurring subscriptions. When you subscribe, you choose a billing period, and your subscription automatically renews at the end of each period unless you cancel it before the next renewal.
Your subscription keeps your paid-plan benefits active and refreshes the credits included with your plan when a new billing period begins. Paid plans include access to every app, model, and studio, along with downloads, commercial-use rights, and priority generation.
How often does my subscription renew?
Your renewal schedule depends on the plan you selected:
- 4-week plan — renews every 4 weeks
- 12-week plan — renews every 12 weeks
- Yearly plan — renews once per year
At each renewal, the payment for your next subscription period is processed and the credits included with your plan are refreshed.
For current plan details, see What’s included in each 7ART plan?
Why was I charged again?
A new charge usually means your subscription reached its next renewal date.
7ART subscriptions continue automatically so that your access to paid features is not interrupted. Unless the subscription is cancelled before renewal, the next billing period begins and the applicable renewal payment is processed.
If you no longer want your subscription to renew, see How do I cancel my 7ART subscription?
Why is my renewal price different from my first payment?
Some 7ART subscriptions start with an introductory price for the first billing period.
After the introductory period ends, your subscription renews at the regular renewal price shown during checkout.
For example, the first amount you pay may therefore be lower than the amount charged for subsequent billing periods.
Before completing your purchase, review both:
- The price for your first subscription period
- The price and frequency of future renewals
Why does checkout show a price per week?
In some cases, checkout may show a smaller weekly price breakdown to make it easier to compare the cost of different plans.
This is not a separate weekly charge.
You are charged the total price for the full subscription period you select — for example, a 4-week, 12-week, or yearly plan. The full amount and billing period are displayed before you complete your purchase.
What happens to my credits when my subscription renews?
The credit allowance included with your subscription is refreshed when a new billing period begins.
The number of credits you receive depends on your selected plan.
For more information about balances, credit usage, and refreshes, see What are credits and how do they work?
What happens if my renewal payment fails?
If a renewal payment is unsuccessful, 7ART may retry the payment during a 7-day retry period.
During this period, additional payment attempts may be made automatically using the payment method linked to your subscription.
If the payment is successfully completed during the retry period, your subscription can continue as normal.
If the payment is not completed within the 7-day period, the subscription may end and paid access will stop.
What happens if I cancel before the next renewal?
Cancelling your subscription stops it from renewing for another billing period.
You can continue using your current subscription benefits for the remainder of the period you have already paid for. Once that period ends, your paid subscription will no longer renew.
Do you send a reminder before my subscription renews?
Renewal reminders are not enabled automatically.
If you’d like to receive a reminder before your next renewal, you can enable it yourself from your 7ART profile settings.
Once enabled, the reminder can help you keep track of your upcoming subscription renewal.
